Me and my wife Mariefel are in dire need. Due to saftey concerns, we need to rebuild our bedroom. The problem is the room is 25 years old, so the wood is starting to rot due to the wood being old. Currently the support beams are reinforeced from the ground.  When you walk on them, the beams flex and shake the room's walls. The walls also need to be replaced with bricks to support the roof that may fail in a bad storm. What we need to do is lower the room to the ground level so that it is also easier for me to enter my room without climbing a ladder due to my back and shoulder injuries from serving overseas.
