Landlord sold the house from under us! I have a Large family of 7 and I have been renting forever. Landlord has given us 30 days to find a home and then 30 days to move out. He was offer $100,000 more than my house is worth. We have been here forever and this will be a hard move for us. I immediately set off to find a new long term rental, only to find nothing affordable, in 4 towns. I only found $1600.00 dollar rentals and in the bad part of town. That is a 250,000 dollar house note payment. So I am forced to buy unexpectedly, the houses I am looking at are on the low end of the market but I have so many kids that I gotta have some space. They want 20% down for a down payment which is $50,000 with closing cost. All I am looking for is a dollar donation and hopefully I can reach 50,000 so I can make this happen. Thank you so much !!!!
