Was working with a partner who ended up taking the construction budget and not getting the job done. I would need rest of construction budget, insurance money and taxes to finish projects. Looking for 250K to be on the safe side. 

I have detailed Construction information if anyone needs to look at it. I couldn't attach all with this document.
