I am a single-mom of an amazing 10 year old girl, and I am currently working 3 jobs to support us.  Even so, I am just barely squeaking by each month, squirrelling away money in 5s and 10s whenever I can spare it.  At this rate, I wont be able to afford anything, as inflation will grow quicker than my meager savings can match.  I want to provide a stable home, in a community where my daughter can establish roots, and not constantly hop from school to school every time we have to move.  A home is more than an investment, it is stability, comfort, and warmth, and I want nothing more than to be able to provide this for her.
