It is just my daughter and I, and I have been trying to save for years to finally purchase our first family home. It gets really tough saving each month even while working 2 jobs. I get zero child support from her father who has not seen her since she was 1 (now 7). It is my dream to be able to buy a home in Sarasota, FL near her school which can be very pricey even for a small 2/2 home. I have a small chunk already, but looking to move the process along a little quicker. Anything helps!
