Money Pit!

My husband and I set aside $30,000 to redo our bathroom and kitchen.  The bathroom had a shower only, and the kitchen was outdated.  We've come through the bathroom project with a few setbacks.  We found asbestos on our duct work.  When we went to lay the flooring we discovered the previous owner ran pipes to the shower by cutting diagonally through the floor supports.  We had to tear out the subflooring, repair the floor supports and run new pipes for the bath.  We finished the bathroom and started the kitchen.  We had terrible storms and found water coming into the kitchen and electrical panel through the stone siding.  We were able to repair and update the electrical panel, but the kitchen is still in a demo'd state.  We need to reside the house, because exploration of the leaks showed a complete lack of water proofing membrane between our stone siding and walls.  It's stone l, wood, insulation, studs, and plaster slats.  My kitchen construction is at a stand still and siding is not in the budget.  My house is small with limited storage so my new cabinets are on a covered porch, but not completely protected from fall and winter weather.  I'm worried, running out of money, and options.  I am at risk of losing gorgeous cabinets that cost $13,000.  I feel like every time we fix a room something else breaks.  My kitchen is a room down to the studs with a utility sink and a stove. Please help.
